CADAL (Centro para la Apertura y el Desarrollo de América Latina) es una fundación privada y a-partidaria, constituida el 26 de febrero de 2003 en la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires de la República Argentina.

We work for the defense and respect of human rights throughout the world, focusing on individuals who suffer severe restrictions on their freedoms and promoting international democratic solidarity in collaboration with activists and civil society organizations.
